Johnny Trigg claims that they are the best available in the profession and it seems that his claim is rapidly gaining strong support due to the fact that their work speaks well about their skills. The best competition teams in the United States cook on their BBQ pits, mainly due to their fantastic fantastic build quality and consistency. Paul Peterson is the executive chef at Ricks Chop House.
